Spice has become the industry standard software for computer-aided circuit analysis for microelectronic circuits. Spice is an acronym which stands for simulation program with ingegrated circuit emphasis. It is fair to say that in order to master ic design, one must also develop a fair amount of expertise in a circuit analysis program such as spice. This book has been developed with the aim of describing how spice is used to analyse microelectronic circuits and also to outline how spice is used in the design process itself.
